Hardware encoding on Tesla K80

I’m trying to test hardware encoding on Google Cloud using a Tesla K80

This page says i need driver 378.13 or newer:

But on the nvidia drivers page the latest driver Tesla K80 driver is 375.66

Does this mean that hardware encoding on Linux with ffmpeg and a Tesla K80 is currently not supported?

If so is there a combination of GPU and Linux that is supported?
