The graphical representation in the profiler does not show all kernel invocations.
I had five kernel invocations and only three of these invocations are shown in the graphical view.

This sounds a critical problem.
- Do you mean that timeline do not list all kernels ?
- Have you tried Guided Analysis->Examine Individual Kernels, what’s the result ?
If possible, can you share your sample and the code for check ?
