Unable to connect to a remote machine.

Hello everyone,

I’ve been trying to use Nvidia visual profiler on a win 10 machine to connect to a Linux machine to run the profiling.

Both machine has CUDA 8.0 installed. And I can connect to the Linux machine using putty

however, when I try to create a new session in visual profiler

I got:

Unable to connect
org.eclipse.core.runtime.CoreException: Failed to connect ssdh on “…”

I’ve been looking for a solution on the internet for quite a while but can’t really find any.

Did I miss anything? like is there any setting should be done on the Linux machine?
(The profiler document only mention that the same version cuda toolkit is required)

This may help you, looks like a Key Exchange Algorithms issue.
