Game software architecture idea for better performance and boosting games with less lag

I have an idea in my mind that is about implementing a new game software architecture technology that doesn’t exist right now but when working can give double performance or boost games with the same GPU for example in a Xbox, PS4 or an external graphics card like for example a NVidea GTX or ATI Radeon. By doing so, games can get much bigger and played without lag or framerate drop and which can be more lucrative. The only thing I don’t know is where to come in contact with a person who writes the source codes for this architecture idea I have. I don’t know anything about writing software, but the idea maybe can be very revolutionary. I also really want to know about how a game software architecture works with the CPU, Hard disk and the RAM so I can make a sketch of it. Any help is really appreciated.
