I2C device(0x70)

Hi,

When we executed i2cdetect -y -r 1 to scan the whole device, in some carrier board(we develop ourself) we could find the 0x70 device, but in others this device couldn’t be found, this is not our device and I know some device are for TX1 module such like 0x57(EEPROM)/0x42/0443(Voltage Monitor), what about this device, Is this also a device for TX1 module?

Thanks

@Ray
Generally the 0x70 is a i2c mux or GPIO expander.

Hi ShaneCCC,

I just know the gpio expander 0x74, and we often use this device for some gpio control.
The gpio expander 0x74 was layout in our carrier board, so the 0x70 device was locate in TX1 module?

Thanks

@Ray
You should check with your HW design to check the schematic to know the detail information.
