Making connection between Drive PX2 and Quanergy Lidar

I am having trouble establishing connection between Drive PX2 and Quanergy M8 Lidar.

I set up the Lidar with a static ip (10.29.19.7) with first three fields same as Drive PX2 (10.29.19.99). MAde sure the network and gateway setting fro both were the same and then connected the Lidar to the blue ethernet port in the harness.

I am not able to ping the Lidar from Drive PX2.

I setup another Ubuntu machine with similar parameters as Drive PX2 and was able to connect to the Lidar.

Not sure what I am missing.

Could you please refer to NVIDIA_DriveWorks_DevGuide(Page 107) to setup for Lidar?
The doc is /usr/local/driveworks-0.3/doc in DPX2. Thanks.
