That’s the L4T version. R21.5 was a good release, but was deprecated and R21.6 is out…R21.6 mainly fixes bluetooth vulnerabilities so far as I know, and other parts of the release differences mostly do not exist. You can see kernel version with “uname -a” (the short numeric version with “uname -r”).
