Moving flex objects with controller and keeping flex physics in ue4?

I try to control my flex mesh which is in part of my blueprint and when I put it there I lose the FLEX parameters and also the flex physics. It just ends up being a normal mesh. How can I keep the flex physics and control the mesh?

Ok I found about the flex actor now and have it in my blueprint but I cant move it with Inputaxis move forward or anykind of way? It just stays there but the physics are now flex.
