Hello,
We want to use SAMSUNG K4B4G1646E-BYMA as memory.
How can we get the values of tCKdll, tDQSCKmin_DLLoff, tDQSCKmax_DLLoff for creating cfg file and dvfs table?

For example, in “Samsung_2GB_K4B4G1646Q-HYK0_ddr3.par”:
tCKdll : 4.20000 // (ns) tCKdll, threshold to turn on/off DLL, default to 300MHz
tDQSCKmin_DLLoff : 4.6 // (ns) minimum tDQSCK for DDR3L when DLL is off, tool uses Hynix DRAM number if set to DF
tDQSCKmax_DLLoff : 6.8 // (ns) maximum tDQSCK for DDR3L when DLL is off, tool uses Hynix DRAM number if set to DF

But in the bottom of page 5 of K4B4G1646Q datasheet, it says “2. The functionality described and the timing specifications included in this data sheet are for the DLL Enabled mode of operation.”.How do you get these values in “Samsung_2GB_K4B4G1646Q-HYK0_ddr3.par”?

The DLL in Tegra is only enabled when frequency > 300Mhz. These values are for the timing < 300Mhz when DLL is disabled.
