Be cautious with this software

I have banged my head with this software for the mac. I would call this extreme beta software, maybe even alpha.

  1. Every-time you restart the computer, it opens up the pref pane, warning you that there is an update available. though the upgrade button is greyed out, so you can’t update.

  2. It really kills your battery life… went from 5 hours to 2. This is without running cpu intensive apps.

  3. There is no real easy way to remove the software without knowing your way around the command-line. The documentation recommends an uninstall script that does not exist. After reading forums, I found 8 things to remove, though even one of those didn’t exist.

RECOMENDATIONS TO NVIDIA

  1. Fix the upgrade issue
  2. Offer a better way to uninstall the software
