Continual OpenGL Driver Cannot Be Found Error

The issue is occuring on a
Asus Strix GL553VE Laptop
i7-7700HQ 2.8GHz
RAM: 16 GB
Video: GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
Newest Driver Installed

In working in Premiere Pro CC 2018 and also version 2017, Premiere hangs as soon as I import any footage type (pic or video) into a project. This is the log from the Event Viewer:

Update:

I uninstalled the Intel Graphics Driver and let Windows install the system default and Adobe works.

For anyone else facing this issue it’s the driver from Intel as I had downloaded those drivers as well. Go figure.
