How to change resolution and fps rate using driver, gstream or opencv?

Does this sensor support 300fps!!
You need to check the sensor capability first. And make sure the 300fps mode is enable by sensor driver.

In fact 299.7 fps is allowed. We need really to run @250fps/720p.
