Not able to connect to Tegra A via minicom

Hi all,
My Drive PX2 stopped responding and need to re-install the Linux OS on both Tegra A&B. The issue is my minicom working (this is a new device and I am just getting started on Drive PX2). I have a Ubuntu 16.04 host with USB2 ports.
When I connect the Tegra A USB port and do lsusb, I get the following:

dl-box@gpunode002:~/Downloads$ lsusb
Bus 002 Device 002: ID 8087:8000 Intel Corp.
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
Bus 001 Device 002: ID 8087:8008 Intel Corp.
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
Bus 004 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0003 Linux Foundation 3.0 root hub
Bus 003 Device 003: ID 045e:07b9 Microsoft Corp.
Bus 003 Device 002: ID 046d:c077 Logitech, Inc. M105 Optical Mouse
Bus 003 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub

So, basically the USB device is not detected. When I try to run DriveInstall_5.0.5.0bL_SDK_b3.run and flash the board, it fails since there is no minicom. Could this be some issue with USB port configuration? Would be glad if someone can help me on this.

Regards,
Anil

Dear Anil,
Can you please confirm if you have followed the DriveInstall instructions from https://docs.nvidia.com/drive/driveinstall_docs/#developertools/mobile/driveinstall/linux/5.0.5.0b/sdk/install.htm%3FTocPath%3D_____3

Thanks for your reply.
Yes, I have read the document and followed the steps. I think for some reason, my /dev/ttyUSB2 is not configured correctly and hence has some issues detecting the device. Do you know how to configure the same?

Dear ahebbar,

Could you please see the following link for your topic?

That worked, thank you very much

However, the issue is not fully resolved. I could flash the new image, but the Tegra A and B continue to reboot every 15 seconds or so. I managed to capture the dmesg before reboot and here is attached for reference.

Dear ahebbar,

Could you please flash Aurix FW for the symptom? Thanks.
