What interface I should choose to receive the data from LVDS on PX2 AutoChauffeur platform?

I’m currently working on a project, and trying to grab 1.3GByte/s data from LVDS I/O to PX2 AutoChauffeur.
Is there any suggested interface that I could utilize?
