Hangs when loading X.Org

Drivers 396.18-396.24 with the Linux kernel 4.16 and X.Org 1.20 at startup X.Org hangs (only hard-reset helps). With Linux 4.15 situation the same.
What to do? X.Org hangs even before anything begins to write to the log file. The only way out I see is downgrade to X.Org 1.19 and use 390.25 driver.

Anything n dmesg? Are you using a specific xorg.conf? Please run nvidia-bug-report.sh as root and attach the resulting .gz file to your post. Hovering the mouse over an existing post will reveal a paperclip icon.

Xorg.log.0 is empty, because system crash before X start.

And after nvidia-bug-report.sh i got something like these:

So, seems like these problem like in Windows with 397.* with Palit 1060 (i got problem on my Windows 7 too). And seems it’s driver problem:
