Vertical line glitch when moving a window over GNOME Terminal with oblique characters, font size ≥ 13

With GNOME Terminal showing oblique characters, using a font size ≥ 13 (so that such characters are thicker), and no compositor enabled, the following issue occurs: when I slowly move a window over the terminal (opaque move), some vertical lines appear near the oblique characters. This can be tested on:

I forgot to say: this occurs at least with 390.67, 390.77 and 390.87.
