USB stopped working all of a sudden

Hi,
USB ports on my Xavier were working for the past several weeks. Suddenly, yesterday, they stopped working. I haven’t made any changes to software or drivers when it stopped working. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, it looks like the USB port broken, you may send it RMA.

Interesting, but why would that cause the USB host to entirely disappear from lsusb?

Not sure about that, please send it RMA if possible.

When RMAing is it possible to get a new unit first before sending the existing one back? The current unit is being actively used for something critical – I would love to have the broken USB fixed but all the critical parts don’t use the USB, it just makes it more annoying because I cannot connect a keyboard etc.

Sorry no such service way.
