Scipy not getting installed on Jetson Nano inspite of all dependencies

I am using the latest JetPack version on my jetson Nano. Inspite of having all the dependencies required for Scipy, I am not able to get it installed.

I am using sudo pip3 install scipy to install it. And following is the error trace I am getting:

You will need to build scipy from source for the Jetson.

Is this for the new JetPack update because I remember not having built scipy from scratch for the earlier versions of jetPack?

I am getting:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<stdin>", line 1, in <module>
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'scipy'

But when I run sudo python3 and import scipy it works. This is because I ransudo python3 setup.py install --user while installing scipy.
