PCIe Card - PEXUSB3S44V with Xavier

I purchased the StarTech PEXUSB3S44V (4 Port PCIe USB 3.0 Card w/ 4 Channels - USB 3.0 Cards) in order to work with my Xavier. I plan on connecting four USB3 cameras to the PCIe card. Before I purchased this card I saw on this thread (https://devtalk.nvidia.com/default/topic/1055454/jetson-agx-xavier/third-party-pci-e-usb-3-0-expansion-card-for-xavier-board/post/5435280/#5435280) that NVIDIA uses this card internally.

When I connect the card I am unable to use any USB3 devices when I plug them in to one of the four ports. I’ve tried mouse/keyboard/camera etc., and I am powering the card externally through the on board power connector.

Using lspci I can see the card as “PCI bridge: Pericom Semiconductor PI7C9X2G608GP PCIe2 6-Port/8-Lane Packet Switch”

I am making this thread to see if NVIDIA has any steps that they followed in order to get this card working or if any other users have been able to get this card working.

My Xavier is running Jetpack 4.3.

I replied here, but probably this should be kept to a single thread:
