CUDA programmer
I need somebody to port an existing algorithm into CUDA to benchmark the speed increase. The original software is part of a computational imaging product. I have a zipped file that explains the problem and illustrates the algorithm, which is heavy on matrix operations. One can use this to develop a labor/dollars cost.This is a consulting gig-I would like a price to do the CUDA coding and run a few benchmark examples.

Please let me try to implement Your ideas. I have sufficient experience in CUDA solutions for complex data processing.
Please loook my profile. I have my own original mathematical results especially concerning linear algebra. Particularly
I improved a row of NVIDIA CUDA examples - 3D arrays visualization including Marching Cubes algorithm, FFT surface
synthesis, image processing, linear algebra functions etc. I'd like to look Your examples to estimate necessary efforts.
