Quadro 4000 for MAC but use in Windows Does it work

I can buy a second-hand Quadro 4000 for Mac, but I’m using windows.

My goal is mainly using it for Adobe Premiere CS5.5 and After Effects using the Cuda-tech.

  1. Can I use it in the first place?
  2. What do I need to adjust to make it work.
  3. When it works, do I benefit form all options or does it work less then in a MAC.
