I tried the cuda wizard 2.0 and gave me this results

I have in project=>properties=>configuration properties=>Linker=>General=>Additional Library Directories =>"$(CUDA_LIB_PATH)";"$(NVSDKCUDA_ROOT)\common\lib"

Can anyone help me?

From what I recall, this utility library does not come pre-built. You will have to build it first using the included Visual Studio solution files.
