By Googling I found several bug reports about the same message on different platforms but unfortunately none of them seemed to have any solutions…

Since I disabled USB autosuspend it didn’t happen again.

Hi peba, I’m having the same problem as yours. I’ve tired to disable USB autosuspend using the method from this link:

http://bitkistl.blogspot.sg/2014/03/evaluating-jetson-tk1-board.html

But the problem still occurs, the mouse clicks gives no response…
May I ask how you disable the USB autosuspend?

I used the method described here on the forum/on my blog.
sudo -i /* become root user
echo -1 > /sys/module/usbcore/parameters/autosuspend
Are you using an USB hub - I had troubles with cheap USB 2.0 passive hubs.

I tried to connect my mouse directly to the USB, but the result still the same. SSH working, only X was crashed. I had to SSH in and restart X server every time…
