CUDA driver version is insufficient for CUDA runtime version even after the driver's update

Hello,
I am trying to run ./deviceQuery in MAC terminal but I am getting this error: cudaGetDeviceCount returned 35 → CUDA driver version is insufficient for CUDA runtime version Result = FAIL

I am wondering what could be a problem since I have updated the driver and builded all samples. Also when I check the driver with the kextstat | grep -i cuda I get this message: 118 0 0xffffff7f81808000 0x2000 0x2000 com.nvidia.CUDA (1.1.0) <4 1>

I would appreciate if someone could help me to fix this!

Thanks a lot!

perhaps just note your:
a) device
b) cuda version
c) driver version

It appears based on the cross-posting at SO that there may not even be a NVIDIA GPU in the system:

Thank you guys!
I have Intel Iris Pro GPU. Is that GPU CUDA-capable GPU? CUDA version 7.0 and driver 7.0.36.
