I am trying to generate an NVENC H.264 that is compatible with Internet Explorer 11 HTML5 video tag. Device type is NV_ENC_DX9.
I know this is possible because Bandicam can produce such a file using NVENC.
However, using the SDK samples, the container type is always AVC. Bandicam produces a container type of MPEG-4 (Base Media). Bandicam also populates items like “Overall bit rate mode: Variable” and the encode date.
I do not seem to be able to find any documentation on how to do this in the NVENC SDK.
Can anyone point me in the right direction please?
