Can I set the SPS&PPS parameters for NvEncodeAPI's encoder?

Is there any way of setting the SPS & PPS parameters for a NvEncodeAPI’s encoder session? I want the output bitstream of an encoder session meet an existing sps & pps parameter,so how can I set these parameters to encoder?
