ACPI Pce Probe failed

I have installed cuda7.5 in ubuntu 14.04.
I use follow command to install it.
sudo dpkg -i cuda-xxx-xx.deb
sudp apt-get update
sudo apt-get install cuda
Then I run deviceQuery, it is successful . However, I reboot ubuntu system and appear ACPI Pce Probe failed, I can’t enter the system. How to deal with it?
