Need to change the Core and memory clock of tesla c2075 gpu

I have dell workstation which is equipped with Tesla c2075 card. I want to check the performance of my application by varying the clock speed of core and memory . I used nvidia-smi utility to get the supported clock and to change the clock speed but it not possible to either get the supported clocks or to change the clocks speed. Please help me in this regard . I feel that powerful gpu like c2075 definitely allow to varry the clock speed .
