NSight VS 5.1 fails to install

I am trying to install the latest NSight 5.1 VS Edition on my Windows 10 machine.
The setup checks the prerequisits and suggests to install NSight for VS 2010 and 2015 and the Monitor, which is fine, but after I hit install, it says “NVIDIA Nsight Visual Studio Edition 5.1.0.16062 Setup Wizzard ended prematurely because of an error…”.

I have installed the latest CUDA 7.5 SDK, the latest GeForce Driver 368.81 and am using Windows 10.

Please advice.

Could you show us more about your error? Install .msi can save some log, could you send us the log?
