Dualbooting Windows and Linux. Using GTX980Ti. On Windows, HDMI content type is set to “auto” in the driver settings, and my TV switches to PC mode when I’m using the TV as my computer monitor. (The TV also switches to Movie mode when I play a video in Kodi.) On Linux however, Movie mode is active all the time, including on the desktop. This causes significant input lag (and audio sync issues).
Is HDMI content type supported in any way in the Linux drivers? I have looked through the Nvidia X Server Settings a couple of times, but I haven’t found anything seemingly relevant.
