Running uvc_camera and libuvc_camera in Nvidia Tegra K1 development board

For uvc_camera

No matter I install uvc_camera using sudo apt-get install ros-indigo-uvc-camera or build it myself in catkin workspace ROS Basics – Using ROS Indigo/Jade with a Webcam by the uvc_camera (USB Video Class) package | Defendtheplanet, I faced same error as below.

I need to run it in superuser mode otherwise permission denied. But i still face problem.
