Please explain me the significance of Quantization Matrices in CUVIDH264PICPARAMS and CUVIDMPEG4PICPARAMS.
What’s the range of values these matrices contain.
I have tried to print these matrices and observed values ranging from 0-255 for CUVIDMPEG4PICPARAMS, and 16 for CUVIDH264PICPARAMS.
Could you please explain me regarding these matrices and will these matrices filled by cuvidDecodePicture?
Any Idea regarding Quantization property in CUVID?
