My laptop (Windows7-64) is quite picky when it comes to the drivers I can install. Currently I cannot go beyond 347.52. Will this version support CUDA 8 or CUDA 7.5?

CUDA 7.5 requires 352.xx or higher/newer
CUDA 8.0 requires 361.xx or higher/newer
so the answer to your question is no
