NvAPI_DISP_GetDisplayIdByDisplayName

Hi,

I'm trying to use the NvAPI_DISP_GetDisplayIdByDisplayName API call to get a displayId to a cloned display. The doc says "Name of display (Eg: "\\DISPLAY1" to retrieve the displayId for." but I have tried using that exact string only to get an error value that does not match up to any of the listed error codes for that function (I get -6 which seems to be NVAPI_NVIDIA_DEVICE_NOT_FOUND).

Does anyone know what form the display name is likely to be, or even how to get a list of display names for attached displays ?

So, pretty quiet on this list . . .

Anyone know how to report this as a bug to NVIDIA (since it returns an error the doc says it doesn’t return) ?
